I was planning on running 10 miles but I just could not. My knee was in far too much pain. I had worked from midnight to 4 am and then I went to the gym. Thank you to Erin for giving me an Access bar to help give me energy. I would not have made it without it. My knee has been hurting all week but the pain was not this bad. It still hurts and Koy thinks that I should not work it too hard for a while. I am frustrated that I am in so much pain and that all this work might be for nothing. I am going to take it easy this week because I will run this marathon and I will finish. I don't care if I have to walk most of it at this point, I just want to finish.
