The first 5-10 minutes was a real struggle for me. I started getting in a rhythm and it became much easier. I did struggle a little at the end and would have loved to just stop and walk or give up all together but I had a goal of reaching 3.5 miles and I was determined to get there. Some mornings it is all that I can do to run the amount of time while others I really want to reach a certain mile. I got breakfast at the Life Cafe this morning and it was great and it was good to have something to eat. I don't usually get a good breakfast after I have been to the gym in the morning.
