Day 65

Scheduled: 30 - 45 min XT

35 min Jillian Michael Front

I did not work out this one as hard as I could. I started out pretty hard but then realized I was probably not doing the right workout considering my run the next day. It felt good to add some weights to my aerobic workout. I did not have a lot of time though so I was glad that I was able to get something in.
