I am still sore today and it was hurting to run. I did begin to feel a little better after about 20 minutes but my body is really hurting now. My knee is still giving me problems and it was hurting when I got done running. I lifted weights after which of course I loved. I am still feeling positive about the Saturday run and it kept me motivated this morning.
