My goal this morning was to run 3 miles. I kept the speed pretty low today because my knee is not healing very fast. It was hurting for most of the run. It started to feel a little better near the end but it does not feel good now. I am not sure how to handle this situation. The rest of me felt good! I lifted some weights and did some leg work to try and strengthen my legs. I hope that helps my knee but I don't know.
