Here is the deal. I was surprised to run at all. I woke up this morning not feeling very well. I am still not feeling well but I wanted to at least get something in. I went to the gym with every intention of walking the total 30 mins but I was glad that I was able to run 20 minutes. I was having cold sweats during the run and my stomach was having some issues. I am glad that this is my low key week so that I can hopefully get some rest and be able to the energy and health to run the 20 miles next week.
