I am still struggling with my first mile. I just feel so tired and have the hardest time motivating myself to want to keep going. My goal this morning was to run 3 miles so I was happy when I was able to reach it by 33 minutes. By the time I finished I was feeling really good. My runs are getting easier and that is nice. I am nervous about Saturday and I do not want to push myself too much during the week in case I cannot finish the 20 miles this weekend. It really is stressing me out. I lifted weights today and pushed myself a little there too and that felt great. I want to push myself a little more because I really would like to be more toned before my trip next month.
