Today I felt great. I wanted to run a little longer but I got to the gym late because of the weather. It was a good run and my faster runs actually felts really good. I have not been running at that faster speed for a while but it was nice to be able to start trying again at getting myself moving. I cannot remember the last time that I ran an under 11 min mile. I did start getting a little tired while I was running 6.0 and I was excited to slow down but I finished 10 minutes when I had originally only planned on running at that speed for 3 minutes.
