It was Daylight Savings yesterday and it was really hard to get up this morning. On top of that my stomach is still not right. I got up and was at the gym at 5 a.m. anyway. By the end I was feeling like I might be able to keep running but my stomach was not going to allow it. I did lift some weights for about 10 minutes too but I could not do that anymore either. Still feeling accomplished at being able to run at this point. I am not sure what is going on with my stomach but I am hoping that it will be over by this weekend since I am running 18-20 miles. Things just do not seem to want to settle when I eat. Not sure what to do.
