Day 75

Scheduled: 45-60 min XT

I did Dance Jam! I have not had a real workout all week that at least makes me feel good. I finally did. I did not work as hard as I could have because there are just some moves you don't want to do with a bad knee. It was fun though and I felt so energized when I was finished! My knee was a little sore but it was doing okay.
