Day 29

Scheduled: 30-45 min XT

Turbo Jam - Punch, Kick, Jam

I love these days. I enjoy the mix up in the routine and the opportunity to work other areas of my body. I did not do it with the hand weights, mainly because I forgot, and it was the first time for that. It was easier but it was nice to enjoy the workout.
