My run felt really good this morning. I still did not eat anything before so I need to figure something out in that area. I struggled a little bit at the beginning but by the end I was feeling good. For my last half mile, I really pushed myself to move faster. I turned on a upbeat song and ran to its speed. I need to work on pushing myself a little bit more on those long runs especially at the ends. I know I can do it, I just need to keep moving.
