I was tired the moment on got on the treadmill this morning. I did not begin to feel like I could keep going until almost 20 minutes into the run. When I was running at the higher speeds, my side ache came back and I was struggling. I also wanted to stop during that time. I don't know if it was because I was tired or because I just do not run well at a faster pace. I think that I still have some work to do to get my cardivascular better.
My goal today was to reach 4 miles. I did not care if it took more than the time I was suppose to run but I did well at reaching it early on. I probably should have kept running but I was exhausted.
