My goal this morning was to run 3 miles. I reached it sooner than I thought it would and it felt great. My legs were a little tired. I probably should not have biked yesterday. It makes my legs tired. I wanted to give up in the first 10 minutes today but I pushed along. I loved how I was feeling when I got finished. I lifted weights again today. Not for long though because I did not have much time. I have been doing more leg work and I am starting to see the difference in my legs every day. They are definitely firming up, which is awesome!
My run today helped me relieve some stress and made me feel good about facing the day. I am struggling emotionally and I am glad that I have a physical outlet for it.
