My body was really hurting today. My legs were tired but I did try and push myself. I know that I was at 6.0 for only 3 minutes but I need to keep working towards that. It has also been really hard to workout at 5 am and try to stay awake the next day and be rested for my next workout. My mind and body are tired and I need to make sure that I am getting in more sleep or I am just going to collapse one day. Any suggestions?
