I got my side ache again today. Other than that I did pretty well. I still start out really tired and wonder how I can even keep running within the first 5 minutes but it all seems to workout in the end. I need to keep pushing myself. I enjoyed my run today and felt like I could have kept going for a little while. I just need to figure out how to keep that feeling and that motivation up when I have long runs.
