8 min run 5.2
10 min run 5.5
10 min run 5.8
3.5 min run 5.5

Total: 3 miles (11.17 min/mile)

My goal today was to run 3 miles. I was able to do it faster than I had planned. I did not think that I could run the full 10 minutes at 5.8. I was going to try at least for 5 minutes. My side ache came back at this time but after I hit the 5 min mark, I just wanted to push myself and keep going. It really tires me out and I need to be careful that I don't total exhuast myself by pushing too hard but it is easier to push on these shorter runs because the end is so much closer. It was a good run though and I have not been making it to 3 miles on these runs lately so I was happy that I made it. I was able to lift weights for a short time and even though it was not as much as I wanted, it felt great!
