I was really tired this morning but I knew I needed to get up and get to the gym. I was feeling good through the run and by the end I felt like I could keep going for a while. I lifted weights again today and that was again wonderful. I just love lifting. I like the idea of getting stronger. I was glad my run went well too because I am trying to mentally prepare for the 18 miles this weekend.
