I felt pretty good today. My body is still pretty tired. I ran a short amount of time today because I wanted to do some weights also and I did not get started as soon as I would have liked. I loved the weights part. I am hoping that it will help me get leaner and make the runs easier. I struggled a little bit during the first 5.6 and 5.8. I did not think that I was going to be able to run for 10 more mins when I got done. I am getting much better at pushing myself and finishing. I need to remember not to push too much though.
