I only ran for the 30 mins today because I wanted to lift weights. I loved lifting weights. My run went pretty well. I was pretty tired to start but I ended up feeling good. I have been having side aches while running and it has been really uncomfortable. I had one today but it only lasted for about 5 minutes. I still did not eat before I ran and even though it was only 30 mins, I should still try to eat something.
