I got really tired during this workout. I am not sure why I was tired but my energy level was really lacking. I ate enough food during the day that being on empty was definitely not the problem. I still love this class though and it really gives me a pick me up. The energy level is fabulous and I am able to just let myself go. It is great for letting go of things on my mind or stress. I do not do that when I am running because I have time to let my mind think about things that are going on and there is nothing to distract it.
