Day 30

Scheduled: 12-13 miles

12.12 miles in 155 minutes (12.78 min/mile)

Not my best showing. Actually it is the slowest I have been since I started. I really struggled through this run. I ran in the neighborhood and I thought I was doing okay. However, the last 3 miles about killed me. I was having a hard time wanting to continue. I ended up walking more during the last 3 miles than I wanted. I need to work on my walk speed also. I have been really slowing down during this time, especially when I am going up a hill. I cannot seem to get myself going other than to just actually make it to the top. Saturday was pretty discouraging because I wanted to have a good run. I need to eat before I run though and refuel myself during the run. I was able to keep moving once it was over though and that is good. I kind of did not have a choice but maybe that is good since it is probably better to keep going then sitting too much. My goal at this point is to just finish - no matter how long it takes me!
