My goal is to run/walk an average 12 min mile. So far I am doing pretty well. I am afraid that I won't be able to finish without training with the walking. I don't want to push myself too hard and then not be able to finish. I am not sure the best way to decide on how long to run before walking. Coach? Any suggestions on the best way to break this up?
Today was a little more difficult for me. I think for the most part it is because I cannot breathe. I am sick but I still tried to push myself. It is hard to know how it all really went when I am not feeling well. In all, I feel pretty good about the whole thing though.
Work on: I need to work on my eating - not eating enough. I also need to eat at better times. Between lunch and dinner I am not eating for close to 7-8 hours.
