Day 1 - Dec 29

I officially started my marathon training.

Scheduled: 30-45 mins

2 min walk
15 min run
2 min walk
16 min run
2 min walk
cool down

Totals: 3.2 miles/38 mins

I felt pretty good. I am not a fan of running on the treadmill but I am going to have to learn to like it for atleast most of my training. I knew today I have a long way to go but it was exciting to start training. I am nervous about it but also like the idea of working towards something.
